Flag Feast features a dynamic series of artist-designed flags that explore identity, place, culture, and celebration through graphic form. Installed overhead in a sweeping visual field, the flags create a moment of color, rhythm, and reflection?”welcoming visitors to Chicago with the work of local and nationally recognized artists and designers.
This year, the CGDC will be hosting a table celebrating the Design Museum of Chicago and 26 Chicago Designers that were invited by the DMOC to design a flag highlighting a letter of the alphabet. Flag Feast is July 11-12 during the Taste of Chicago. Come on out, enjoy local eats, the gorgeous Chicago Summer, and say hi to us!
